€1500 and the 57 LP collection is yours, featuring a new solo album and a live at Clouds Hill session.
Pre-order begins Oct 30th, and pre-order starts for the 57 LPs individually (thank fuck) on December 1st.

There is something inside me that wants to go for this but it's so hard for me to justify with my income.

Not sure anyone needs Some Need It Lonely on vinyl.

Two new LPs though - live at CH (probably a recording of that performance a few years ago that was streamed from someone's phone, with the CH Tapes line up) and Is It The Clouds - something recorded at CH perhaps?

yeah im fairly certain the live record is that session we saw some clips of from the 'Clouds Hill Festival'.
I'd have to imagine Is It The Clouds is also recorded there! It seems Omar doesn't record anywhere else in recent times tbh.
It is exciting to hear what a newly made ORL will be like post-Ipecac era. It's been so long!!

TBH I really really want to get the whole collection but it would just be super financially irresponsible for me, and there are both records that I already have and records that I don't really care for. But if I am to get the ones I want individually I am looking at like... 25-30 records. But still more manageable than getting the whole set. Something like this drops and I start to really consider that maybe I have a bit of a vinyl problem lol

I seriously wonder how many hardcore ORL fan are there in the world - I'm the only one I physically know - and out of that, how many are rich enough to buy something this massive. I mean I'd love to get that, but that's like a whole salary for a month. I'd never spend so much money at once.
In the end I find it rather strange to release everything whith stuff such as Solo extrano being the unacheived version of Nom de guerre, and some other albums that are simply unlistenable. What would make me reconsider would be what I've missed from the ipecac releases era : infos, anecdotes, a few words from Omar about each album, the creative process the context of creation. That's the kind of stuff I'm interested in.

Very curious about the new album by the way !

I just got in my order of 24 of the records today. Pretty much all of the ones I love that I don't already have. Damn it feels good! Excited to listen through them over the coming weeks.
Listening to Aranas first as I was super curious about the remastering, and in my opinion it does sound improved compared to the digital release! They haven't increased the levels of bass at all so it still doesn't have a beefy sound but they have tamed and tempered the high end more so it's a nicer listen - not quite as piercing or tinny.
Happy too with how the shipment was packaged, there were no seam splits or anything. When I got the TMV boxset a lot of the records had seam splits from the shipping :(
And to actually receive them today, on the official release day, is actually pretty unusual! Never happened for any pre-orders I've made before
